Sending and returning files.

You want your experience of using our service to be as simple and straightforward as possible. There are several ways of sending and returning your files.

E-mail - this is the simplest method for you to send your guide files/music to us. Our recorded files will be returned to you via one of the methods below as they are too large for an attachment on e-mail.

Mac iDisk - for those people using OSX on their Macs the process is simple. We give you our username and password and you drop and pick up files from our public folder on our iDisk, which is easily accessible from your desktop. (Go/iDisk/other user's public folder). For those of you using OS9 on Mac or Windows XP on PC, you will need to download a small application which allows easy access to our iDisk Public folder. OS 9 users go to www.webdav.org/goliath and download the utility from there. Windows XP users please contact us and we'll send you the iDisk utility for Windows XP.

Dropload, Mailbigfile, Aim & Yousendit are free file sending services which have proved reliable and easy to operate. For more information on these services and to register, click on the link.

Of course, if these methods don't appeal to you there's always the good old 'burn a CD-ROM and drop it in the post' method!

Video conferencing is available with some of our musicians. We have found this extremely beneficial in some of our more intricate projects.
